Update on the tooth situation:
He's stuck it back in for now (23.50), I have an appointment next Monday for an extraction (95), then he'll stick it back in until the next appointment for bridge preparation (275), then back in again, until the final appointment for fitting the bridge (275) = total 668.50 - so I wasn't far out with my estimate of 700. Really could do without the expense of everything, as I still owe 150 for the gas bill and have just had the red reminder
Which means if I don't pay it now they'll cut us off

yesterday, it's nice to know I have so many good friends. Now all you have to do is find the fairy godmother with the magic wand to make all bad things in my life disappear without trace

Update on the update: The fucking thing has just fallen out
I really think someone up there just doesn't want me to drink anything as all I was doing was having a glass of juice!! Course, the dentist is closed for the night now, so I'll have to pop a note through the door begging for them to fit me in tomorrow and get it re-stuck. Oh well, I could do with losing a lot of weight, and if I can't eat because of fear of it coming out, then I guess I'll lose the weight soon enough

My last dentist didn't know what he was doing either. They did a crap job rebonding a tooth and I went back to have them fix it. They told me it was fine and I said no it's not and they said yes it is and I said then there shouldn't be any charge for this visit and they chuckled. They keep sending me a bill and I keep calling them to say that there is nothing to pay for.
