As the New Year fast approaches, I got to thinking about the year that is about to leave us and.....
In no particular order, I'm grateful for:
1) Being alive
2) Having beautiful children
3) Having found this site via tantra666 and making so many new friends
4) Having wonderful family
I'm sad that:
1) There are still so many people out in the world suffering
2) I didn't fulfill one of my hopes from 2004 of making my debt smaller
3) I'm still no closer to closure on my marriage breakdown
4) I haven't been such a good friend to some of those that maybe I should have been
In 2005 I wish for:
1) More of being alive!
2) Financial stability
3) A job
4) New love
5) Health and happiness to all of my friends - YES THAT'S YOU
6) Fun times meeting up with my friends, if number 2 happens
I promise, well ok promise may be too strong a word as promises tend to get broken, so I'll try:
1) To stop being such a miserable cow in 2005
2) To work my ass off to get my debt smaller
3) To myself more than I do now
4) To get the weight off and keep it off this time! God knows I need to in order to achieve number 3
5) To be a better friend to all my friends, old and new whenever they need me
Oh! I'm no longer a newbie
I didn't realise I've now been here long enough to be kicked out of the SGNewbies club I only found out when I checked what's been happening in the groups I belong to and that group is no longer open to me 
So here's hoping for a rather large lottery win for us all, if it's not me, will you promise to share some?
