So, um, yeah. Everyone decent seems to be leaving 
It's something I'm contemplating myself, my account is here until January and then I'll make a final decision I guess. *shrugs*
Things have changed considerably since I first joined. I include myself in that statement aswell. I can honestly say that I'm not the same person I was when I first clicked that join button all those years ago. I've made some amazing friends on here, some local(ish) and others many miles away. It's my hope that one day I'll get to meet all of you at some point
In the meantime, I finally succumbed and opened a Facebook account. You can find me here (if the link works!). It's pretty crap at the moment to be honest, still trying to find my way round etc....
I'm ill again The kids are worse than me though, they've had/got viral gastroenteritis. Which means that I'm going to be skint next week as I've not been able to work much at all this week. Which in turn means I'm going to have to put paying some bills off for another week. Hopefully I can get some overtime in next week while the kids are with their Dad over the half-term period, depending on just how shit I feel at that time.
Still ever hopeful of getting to see the boy in 5 weeks. Just waiting to see if the kids' Dad can get the day off on the Friday I want to travel on so that he can pick the kids up from school that day. If he can, then I will hopefully be able to get tickets for 40, only spend just under 6 hours on 2 trains instead of over 8 hours on 3 trains and be able to spend 3 nights up there again Keep your fingers crossed for me! I really need a decent break.
Finally beginning to shift the weight I put on over August and September, have lost over 1/2 a stone so far. Plenty more to go, but it's headed in the right direction again. Finally. I may even think about cutting out dairy produce as I read something about dairy affecting your skin and aggravating eczema, and my eczema is certainly flaring up after eating certain things. I seriously don't think I'll ever become vegan, but if cutting out dairy stops me scratching the fuck out of my head, then I'm willing to give it a try and see what happens.
Anyway, I'm off to dose up with All-In-One, get in a warm bed and hopefully sleep well before facing another day of getting one kid to school, getting a few hours in at work before having to come home to allow their Dad to go to work while I take over looking after the other sick kid. Such is the life of a parent
