man i just applied to a job that i'm horribly under qualified for.
this guy kept sending emails over our newsgroup for the past few weeks saying he was looking for a 3d animator to make a promo movie for his company.
apparantly he can't find anyone because his emails are getting more pleading every time so i applied.

my 3d skills are basic to say the least, i guess you could say i can do basic modeling and that's it so i told him that i'd take the job as long as they don't mind me learning as i work.
its more of a internship anyway, only pays 250 a month so i guess they can't get too wiggy if i fuck up.

man that reminds me of my first animation job, i had this interview and when we were done the guy just said great and put me behind a desk right away with some crummy description of what he wanted animated.
i sat that for five hours practically shaking with nerves thinking i'd get fired the moment someone looked at my monitor and saw what i was drawing.
worked there for three years and they loved my stuff
i learned so much at that job, maybe this one will be like that to, i start out under qualified and learn how to rock as i go
