Today was my last day at the Evil Empire. I'm so excited to begin a new career! More important, I'm ready for my 3 weeks of vacation! YAY!
I cried a little today. It wasn't because I was sad, it was because I felt so loved by everyone. I'm going to miss all my peeps so so much. The perfect situation would be if I could bottle them all up and take them with me. They threw me a pizza party and got me a card. The card was funny seeing how one guy didn't know it was for me, and signed it "Get Well Soon." We joked with him all day that I was dying or something.
Ok, boy situation. He did come in to see me after all. It was such a relief. I was starting to loose hope that he was coming. It got down to my last hour and I was starting to mope around. All, of a sudden there he was and I thought I was going to cry. It meant a lot to me because I could tell he was in a lot of physical pain. He said that he went to the emergency room this morning because his back and neck was hurting so bad. And he still came back to see me. *SIGH*
He still didn't say anything and neither did I. I chickened out. I did get a hug and when I said goodbye, he said it would not be the last time I would see him. After this, I found out that Orange_Lily, being the BESTEST friend in the whole world sent him a message telling him a little about the situation. She said that by him coming in, and being in pain the whole time, means that he does like me after all. I just hope so.
I got home tonight and sent him a message. I typed it up on my cell while standing in the lingerie department with Orange_Lily. We are such dorks.
While I was typing, the song "With or Without You" came on the Wal-Mart radio. Again, being the dorks we are and believeing in signs, this was one of the best ones I could have had. If you watch Friends, you know what I'm talking about. It was THE Ross and Rachel song. *SIGH AGAIN* Anyway, here is the message I sent.....I'm going on and showing it to you all since you've been through it all with me too....
I want to thank you for coming in to see me today! It meant a lot especially since you are on your deathbed and all. 
I think you know by now that I really do like you. I was going to say something today but I was intimidated and chickened out.
Just know, that no matter how much you say that you are falling apart, act like you are 80 years old, and do nothing but sit on your couch. I would be happy to just sit on the couch with you because you make me laugh like no one else.
If you happen to not be interested, let me know. I would gladly choose friendship over nothing at all.
Let's just hope that I get a response......*takes a deep breath....*
