Well, I took a well needed trip home this weekend to Mississippi. It's been about a month since I went home for a visit. Sometimes I miss it so much and I don't want to leave, this was one of those trips. I even called in sick to work on Saturday just so I could have another day there.

So, on the way, I had my camera in hand and decided to document my trip. I'm sure taking random pictures while driving isn't the best idea, but it was fun nonetheless.

Two stores and a beauty shop equals a community called Peppertown.....

This is my sister-in-law's beauty shop and is where I spent all of my afternoons when I was there.....

I love how people on motorcycles greet each other on the road.....it makes me happy


For the first time ever, I noticed that they spelled the name of my road wrong....It's Van Buren Road


I think seeing someone drive a painted bus with an air conditoner installed can only happen in Mississippi...


I visited my best friend and her baby....it makes me want one....


The only thing that pissed me off was that this morning I left Missippi at 6:00 to drive back to Florence in order to be at work at 8:00. I got to work to clock in and discovered that I wasn't suppose to be there until 12:00.....

I missed my mom's Sunday breakfast too......GRR. Other than that, the weekend was the best in a long time!
