*pulls hair out*

I have never been in the position of having 2 companies wanting me at the same time.

So today, I get a call from the Director of Customer Experience for esurance.com. She was happy to inform me that they wanted to extend a formal offer and wants me to join there team ASAP. YAY! Right?

BUT

organic.com called back about 3hrs after my call from esurance and said today during a meeting my name came up and they decided to not wait and were extremely interested in bring me on full time.

I don't know who to go with! I mean Ive meet a lot of people during these interviews and I really like them all. Esurance has been looking for the right person for 2 months now! Now they think they are done because they found me and they all love me and I was all excited to get an official offer, but now organic is all excited and thinking they finally found someone also and want me as well. Tomorrow they are going to call me back with more details about the position and hopefully to discuss pay.

The reason I am having such a hard time deciding is because like everyone, I don't want to work, ha. And taking a job with organic seems like it would be stressful and i'd really need to be creative all day long, but at esurance, it seems really corporate and thats simple stuff but i'd get to work in different mediums from web, to print to car wraps.

*sighs*

I'm going to go ride my bike to Marina Beach and chill out and go over this dilemma in my head some more. I would really like some input about this. If you have read my whole journal, please comment. Thanks
