Forgive me SG for I have sinned. It has been 3 months since my last confession....
Yup, 3 months and not a day off work (apart from weekends). My spirits are low and the Easter weekend can't come quick enough. Got a couple of friends up from London on Friday so that should be fun. Need to work out a 'fun' plan for the weekend. Lots of pub maybe?
Recorded a song with the band. It was meant to be 2 but our producer wiped a track it had taken us 5 hours to record. And nope, he didn't keep back ups. We were fairly angry. Going in to record 2 more in a couple of weeks. Eventually we'll have recorded enough to sell a wee EP at gigs maybe.
Had a fine gig in the Twisted Wheel with two very good bands who are tipped for stardom. We know a couple of the guys and they somehow agreed to support us. They're called The Fire and I and the 123's. Was a brilliant night and we made a good bit of money on the door. Why didn't we do this before?
Apart from that, my life is one long xbox360 and DVD watching festival. Just signed up to Twitter too and I'm finding that amusing.
Anyway, nearly bed-time because, yes, I have work tomorrow. Woe is me.
