I'm writing this blog on my snazzy new computer. It runs like a dream compared to my 5 year old previous PC and everything is so colourful. I'm gonna have to go back and check out some of my fave sets on here cos everything looks so much better on this new monitor.
anyway, not a load to report in daveland! The band thing is coming along not too badly and we bit the bullet today and went chasing a gig. I THINK we are playing in december in Rufus in Glasgow but that has to be confirmed. First gig with our new singer so it should be good. There's a plan afoot that we all go to a charity shop together and buy the worst possible outfits to play the gig in with the budget of 20 each and make a right arse of ourselves but we'll see how that pans out. I'd imagine we'll all lose our bottle.
Really got nothing much else to say. my new flat is great, work is manageable, seen some good flicks at the cinema, been hanging out with friends a lot more, new pc, new singer..... hey, it's all good right now!
Still, it could always be better.....

Sounds like you're spending your evening well. Carnivale is brilliant - the second series is incredibly harsh. Hope you enjoy it.
