Well it's bank holiday weekend and I decided to actually enjoy it and forget about money! I'll end up regretting it in a few days I'm sure but I've had a good Friday and Saturday so for now, it was well worth it.

Have been for a nice Italian and Indian meal on the last two nights and wandered around Stirling Castle. Also been to the flicks twice (The King - very good - and the AWFUL Da Vinci Code) and had a few beverages in various pubs.

I apologise for seeing the Da Vinci Code. I knew how bad it was gonna be and that's pretty much why I went. To laugh at stunted dialogue and Tom Hanks' hair. And boy did I chuckle. It also had the best line ever....

'I need to find a library..... NOW'

I plan on seeing X-Men 3 tomorrow and doing bugger all else until back to work on Tuesday.

I am currently digesting the thought that my band have a gig on Friday night and we STILL haven't rehearsed since our last one two months ago. I have known for a while it would be like this but now the awful realisation is hitting home and I'm slightly nervous!

Secretly, I think we'll be fine though!
