I hate the songwriting process.
The original idea is great and you play it and you play it and then it's like 'ok, well, let's structure this mutha'. Then you play it and it doesn't work so you play it again and it kinda works but someone doesn't like it so by the tme you get something that everyone kinda agrees on it doesn't sound anything like it did in the first place.
yup, another rehearsal night is over. To add to the 7 songs we played at the gig we have 3 other full songs ready to play and 6 ideas for new songs. They're all pretty different in style and everyone likes their own songs and everyone else is wary.
I say PLAY EM ALL! Forget the fact they're all different! That makes things a little more entertaining than 7 or 8 drony samey rock songs at a gig!
