Well, it's time to put up my first journal entry.
Not that anyone would be interested but hell, I just want to see my name in lights.
Anyway, my band got our first gig today so that's good. Been rehearsing for maybe 2 months and have eventually got round to booking somewhere to play. February 21st is the date!!
It's been 5 years since I played a gig so there may well be a few nerves. At least I don't sing anymore - that's a bonus. All of that is up to someone else now and that makes me happy.

Still, can't complain - I HAVE had 2 and a half weeks off for my Christmas break from work. Monday is the dreaded day of return.
So, do you play an instrument in the band as well as sing?
