What an annoying way to start the new year....
2 fire men knocked on our door and told us that they needed to evacuate us from our apartment, because the wind was too strong. We live in 14-floor building that was constructed in the 50's, problem is that the concrete they used is a bad quality and so is the whole construction of the building (too narrow), so when the wind reaches about 31 meters per second, they need to evacuate us because the building is in risk of collapsing. Yeah! -NOT!!!!
I'm glad they didn't show up half an hour earlier though, because they would have interrupted some serious new year-shagging!
Anyway, we left our cats and stuff since we didn't believe anything would happen and went to my parents' house. -We were stopped by 2 news crews who wanted to interview us, so we were on tv. Dammit!
Well, we're back home now, the building still stands, but hopefully this whole thing will have consequences so they finally re-home us and tear the shit down....
