surreal My perfect balancing act that is my life is looking like it's about to fall down on top of me, but then everything just falls into place usually. Hopefully that same pattern will prevail here. confused

yeah i ordered one. the big surprise was that he had some extras made -- usually they're made to order but he said he anticipated some extra orders for xmas and made 3 drums in advance, so he shipped it the day after i faxed him my credit card info (another big surprise -- most of the european early instrument makers only take bank transfers and there's always hassles getting stuff shipped to the states from what i hear). took about 3 weeks to arrive but that's not too bad considering it was during the holidays.

it's loud as shit. and i already went to guitar center and ordered a hard case (20x12, no one keeps that size in stock) for it so i can fly it.
