first of all im not chef. im not even a cook. but for some reason i got a hair up my arse and decided to try to cook jerk chicken.
firstly i forgot two of the ingredients at the store (one minor one major). then the food processor i was using didn't really agree with the notion of 'puree' and pretty much just chopped everything into little pieces.
so, the marinade ended up looking more like a casserole.
my guests didn't complain and actually said it was good. the chicken did taste ok...but, it certainly wasn't anything resembling any kind of jerk chicken i've ever had before.

what is jerk chicken?......I got a food processor 2 years ago and it's still in the box never been used...I am not domestic...although i did make ramen today...yay me
