I feel like doing a journal entry, even though I don't have much of interest to say. I'm still bored to tears these days, and no amount of going out and hanging with friends has been able to cure that. As soon as I can figure out a good day for a bbq party, I'm damn well throwing one. I'm in need of a party.
Let's see, what else...Well, everyone's talking about the whole Michael Jackson acquittal, so I might as well throw in my two cents. Had they held the trial in the court of Judge Snackyslice (television rights pending), the sentencing would've been as follows:
Michael Jackson: Not Guilty by reason of insanity. Sentenced to custodial counselling sequestered from the media
The Kid: Remanded to state custody
The Parents: Guilty of Child Neglect and Being Overall Douches for Attempting to Profiteer on an Alleged Child Molester. Sentenced to twenty years in federal fuck-me-in-the-ass penitentiary with no possibility of parole.
I consider my court to be tough but fair.
Other than that, there's not much going on other than counting down the days until my heart returns from Europe. Going to be hitting up karaoke again tonight, and any of y'all SGNM folks are welcome to join me. I'm bringing a huge group of people from work. Because nothing says professional like getting up and singing Jukebox Hero in front of your coworkers.
