Tornadoes!
If it wasnit bad enough that it was snowing last week, there's a tornado alert. I must say I prefer that I used to be subject to earthquakes and tsunamis back in good old California. I just hope it doesn't hail, I've got some baby plants that can't handle it.
I actually got out for a bike ride yesterday and it was AMAZING. I think I rubbed off a labia. Damn Brooks saddle and tender nether regions.
It is a little humbling to have gone to grad school and not be able to land a part time job as a gardener's assistant or produce clerk or anything along those lines. Poop on a stick. Trying to stay positive. Trying.
Because I have nothing better to do, I have been in front of the lens.
Wet plate-collodion technique. Neat stuff.

For some reason that photo looks kind of creepy to me, I guess it is the wet plate that is doing it, but it is a really cool photo.
