What would YOU do???
A) Would you move into an apartment complex in Berkeley where rent is only $600 a month because the owner has 5 dogs that need to be taken care of while he's away. This reduces the rent to super duper cheap and you can get plenty of fun time with dogs and your own doggie. Plus plenty time to paint and stuff because you have to quit your job, but your boy makes enough for rent and bills plus extra.
B) Would you keep looking for a place that accepts larger dogs. Maybe something will turn up. But it has to be in the Walnut Creek area so you can keep your job. This would give you more money in your bank account that will actually grow. You don't have to rely on some one else to do everything that involves money.
