It's nearly 1 PM here. I just came back from a hearing that I went to with my dad. I was there as his "attorney." It was pretty damn cool. My dad was pretty much in danger of getting his fire sprinkler contractor license either suspended or revoked. Luckily for him neither happened and he walked away with his license intact and his business still in operation.
It's amazing though how much scarier it is to represent a family member rather than just an ordinary client. There are so many more emotions involved. Anyway, today was a sucess.
Now I have a question. A few months ago I was under a lot of fire on a message board for posting some cartoons off The Funny. Some people viewed the cartoons as racist but I always thought they were purely satirical in nature. Here is an example of one of the cartoons. What do YOU think?
