So I went to the Orchid show at the NYBG. My sister and I took a train up there yesterday. Lots of long lines for the special exhibit. Luckily my sister working for who she does; not only got us in for free but got us to the head of every line, and a discount on my plant I bought in the shop. I need to go places with her more often. Nothing beats special treatment. I love orchids. They are so exotic and unique and rare. Every single one of them has so much more going on then any other flower I have ever seen. They're some crazy little piece of art. I took pictures but with my film camera so I have not developed them yet. Plus I shot slides. Colors are more vibrant. I'll take some digital shots of my plant and post later. I'll proably end up decorating my place with orchids, assuming I dont kill this one.
Nothing else is new. I decided not move to a new apartment and just stay here and save for a down-payment on something. I really dont want to stay here but I dont want to piss away more money either. I guess I'll have to stick it out in this weak ass neighborhood a little longer.

Ah that reminds me, I have some paperwork, bills, doctor appt. etc. bullshit to take care of. I'll post a pic of my flowers later.
