Im glad I stayed home from work today . . .again. I almost went. Was dressed and everything. I think I always go back too soon when Ive been sick though. I gotta fever . . .
and the only cure . . . . is more cowbell.
heh. Ive had a fever off and on all day so its best I stayed home. It was shitty out today too. Im convinced Id feel pretty shitty right now if I had gone in. Must go tomorrow though. I have work to do.
Anyhow. Nothing new happening. Like I said before my top priority is moving. Then I can move on with some other things. This is the most difficult time Ive ever had trying to find a place. Nobody answers the phone. I leave messages and nobody calls back. Checked out an agency today and they'll show places for free. BUT if I take one of the places their fee is the cost of the rent. Nice, so I have to pay rent three times. Once for rent, once and a half for the security deposit and then again for a fee.
Fuck that! And Fuck you! Thats easily over $3000. Im going to have a hard enough time coming up with the deposit. I cant reley on the depo. from my old place, I wont have it yet.
I wish someone would just fucking call and give me an offer. Actually I really like a house. But theres that whole down payment thing. Yeah. I have no money for a down payment. Id rather have $1000 a month go to a house though ya know?

I know exactly what you mean, I am in the same situation in Chicago. It sickens me, the idea of wasting money on rent when I would much rather invest it in a condo or a house. It's the down payment that is the killer.
