OK Alligator/crawfish cheesecake is not a sweet cheese cake, it's havy and kinda good too. I was not in love with it as I NEVER eat exotic food like Alligator. I don't ever eat veal or lamb either. I great up eating meat and I ltill love a good steak but I can barely eat it if I think about what I am doing at all. Which, thankfully is not very often. Basically, the Alligator/crawish cheesecake looks like a cheese cake but does not taste like one.

One of the bands I work with was interviewed for High Times Magazine. That was part of teh reason I went down. The other was to enjoy the sights, tastes and touches of New Orleans. I pretty much accomplished that. You need to go and check it out....it's just a lil insane.

Yeah....log on at night indeed. I have had a rather tough week and I was asleep by 10pm. I ddn't get to sleep until 3am the night before and was up at 7am! I was walking dead yesterday.
