Its amazing what deadlines will do for you. After not being able to write shit for the past week. I cranked out about 10,000 words in the last three day. Granted they aren't great words, but they will do.
I think we finally found an apartment. Its in Altadena, which is just north of Pasadena. Its a funky little 1950's apartment building surrounded by big trees, Its got weird 50's tiles in the bathrooms (It has two bathrooms!) and kitchen two big bedrooms a big dining room and living room, two decks--one of which is big enough to play shuffle board on. The carpet is horrible, but you can't win them all! I don't think that Altadena is as permissive regarding unicorns as they are in Pasadena, but I think we are going to get a LOL cat.
Found it just in time too. Things were getting a little tense as we saw several apartments I thought were weird and dumpy that W. kinda liked.
Also, I could use a blow job.
