In the past year I've had one lingering physical ailment after another shift around like a boat that springs a new leak every time you plug a new hole. This time last year I tore my left calf muscle while training for a Muay Thai bout. After which I developed tendinitis in left rotator cuff, which has since migrated to my right rotator cuff. I also seem to be developing shin splints in my right leg. I don't mind the pain, so long as it doesn't interfere with my training. I actually kind of like it to an extent. That's part of the point of combat sports, I think. There is something kind of raw and primal about the process that feeds my monkey brain.

Besides, Muay Thai? You don't need a menacing look.
You had a fine lunch.
