i'm so worn out that i find it hard to think. no time to exercise. no time to socialize. no time to clean my rat hole apartment. no time to make phone calls. no time to do anything worthwhile in my personal life. surgery is a bitch. i don't know how i'm doing on this rotation. i dread the final exam, but i dread my evaluation more. i know i'm going to get fucked; i just don't know if i'm going to get kissed.
