Thats impressive by even my standards of failure.
The title of my problem is "Critically evaluate the effect of the Child Support Act 1991 (and any amendments) on fathers, making suggestions for reform".
Great, the combined brains of every english MP can't fix this stupid system but give Sly a fortnight and he'll suss it!
