sometimes i wonder about my sense of humour, i mean, i find it funny, but some folk are so easily offended. i've been watching the young ones recently, and i think my fave character is Rick, i love how grotesque he is. makes me laugh. i like the horrendous.....the worst thing to say at a given moment is what'll make me laugh the most, so you see, recipe for disaster-time. i do have limits tho. i'm not a freak who laughs at funerals. i just love that abusive banter that me and a few mates have going. though, like i say some folk are so sensitive. i got smacked in the mouth once for having a laugh with a mate (who was laughing too), never even knew the guy. so,i'm remembering how much i loved the young ones as a kid when they were first shown on tv. and i think there's a little part of all of them in all of us. that's why it was so successful. same with shaun of the dead, classic british humour that lets us off the hook 4 being crap. well, a bit anyway.
i'm off now to watch SPACED, i just got handed it this mornin and told to get stoned before i watch it.
