These are in no particular order so here goes.
Mad Max: Fury Road
Ex Machina
Inside Out
Ant Man
Trainwreck
So far those are the ones that really stood out for me. With Ex Machina totally surprising me, so much so I've watched it 3 times now.
But honestly the big one on the horizon is Star Wars and I have yet to see The Martian. As for horror I feel like most modern horror sucks anyway.

@ainoa the only good thing on the horizon I've seen for horror is Ash vs Evil Dead which is a TV series and I don't know if I would even call that horror as much as a dark comedy. But at least it has everyone returning for it and it will be violent. We always have the old classics so turn that frown upside down :)
