I know other people get the same way i just get very self centerd when i gets depressed ...but il slowly climing out of it...iw wish i could have a beer too though it tends not oto go well with the meds but thank you for the comments and im glad the little one is doin better

i quit gradually when i did about 5 years ago.. thats what i would suggest.. eventually i just didnt feel the need.. and now it grosses me out
