So me and the boy have decided to try and buy my father's house. The big question is can we qualify for a mortgage? We have excellent credit but may not make enough money. I hope this works out. What used to be my nice landlord has turned into a tyrant. He lives right down stairs so I have to deal with him way to often. We were also promised a 1 year lease after the shorter one but he has told my mother [who isn't on the lease] that we are getting month to month so his sick father in law can eventual move in our apartment! I understand his problem but you can't just leave a FAMILY high and dry because you have space issues! ARRRGGHHHH! My luck has been terrible lately. If this mortgage thing works out... I'll actually think that things are looking up. It would destress me big time.
Ben is still struggling through his illness. His condition changes on an hourly bases. I'm not sure what we are gonna do with him yet but for the time we will just plug through with him.
Oh yes, and I am home from work today with my sick son... which means no pay for me today. Hopefully we'll make it back tomorrow. But now I'm off to play video games with him. How are you guys. Well, I hope.
