i just watched "in good company"...the movie with topher grace and scarlett johannsen and now i'm feeling ridiculously sappy...and i think i'm going to watch garden state now because i feel so damn sappy. i really want to go buy some "iron and wine" and the other shins album i'm missing but i'm poor. i ran expensive errands all day.

yesterday was yet another ridiculously full day. went to my parents' house again and helped my mom with art stuff...went to work...went to the rec center...and then had a "family game night" with julie and her husband. that man is really really weird. we played sorry card revenge and scattergories. i thought they were going to get in a domestic dispute over the card game rules. luckily the game has this belligerent battery operated talking pawn and they were able to let out their aggressions by screaming profanities at it. and they want to do it all again next wednesday. hooray.

so i finally have a nice long evening in to myself and i'm listening to my one shins album. after that show, i really love this band.

i was selling clothes at the buffalo exchange this morning and they were playing iron and wine...and the movie i just watched was full of iron and wine...and now i really want something of theirs as well.

trail of dead and the (international) noise conspiracy tomorrow night! but we don't like the army very much right now.
