here's what i learned today: if you go to buchanan's coffee near closing, you get free day-old pastries. 
shawna was in town so i met up with her there after work. she went to a sustainable living conference at cu this weekend. i wasn't looking forward to meeting up with her since i assumed her self-righteous grand junction friend who goes everywhere with her would be there as well...luckily she wasn't and as a result, shawna acted like a normal person! so it was nice catching up.
i saw ladder 49 tonight. it was okay. entertaining...but not neccessarily earth-shattering.
my mood is sort of blah. currently. my head is stuffy. i would say i could be coming down with something but i won't because being sick is for the weak!! and it'll be gone tomorrow, probably just allergies.
i got some hemp adidas shoes! i am cool.

my three days of head stuffiness are over! i'm NOT sick. i RULE. but what would i be allergic to for three days?
anyhoo, that's the only thing of interest i have to add today.

My break was great, I just sat in my parents house and did nothing at all. Normally I would be sarcastic about this, but it was actually quite nice to have nothing to do.
The hemp shoes sound cool, are they hemp green or like a lime green?
