i got some valid mail today! as in, the kind addressed to me and not the the previous tenant or "resident". i did get another metrosexual catalog addressed to the guy who lived here before me. so far i've gotten kenneth cole, pottery barn, and now levenger "tools for serious readers."
with the "good" news out of the way, it's time for the bad, luckily not my own. i called julie on my drive home from work this evening to see how her new job went today. her new job went well, but her husband is leaving her.
i never know what to say in these sorts of situations. i did find out i have wednesday off again this week so we made a date to go to e.b raines park and have a picnic and feed ducks and such. it's a bit sobering to say the least. but things could work out.
and as i have successful occupied my only workless evening of the week, i've got some homework i should probably do.
