so i got home tonight, after work and brief rec center stop, pulled in the driveway, ejected the belle and sebastian cd i was listening to and the postal service was playing on 93.3 of all stupid stations! then the little dj guy comes on and says, "go online and vote if you want to hear more songs like these! that was 'such great heights' off of the postal service's recent release 'give up'" recent release...pffft...that i bought LAST APRIL. i don't know. i'm not sure whether i should be happy for this mainstream success or infuriated that it may eventually turn into something they play to death...
tomorrow, the school of rock is playing at red rocks....i haven't seen it yet but have had every good intention so i finally get my chance! we're meeting up with some guy shawna met while playing disc golf who she might like if he didn't need what she refers to as "hair maintenance". so she wants my opinion.
tomorrow off...yessss....time to do some "power-packing".

School of Rock was a good movie for kids and adults. It appeals to all ages and the kids are great musicians.
