italian buffets are not good places for breakfast. i had a cinnamon roll and some french toast and some eggs and some bruschetta and some eggplant parmesan and some bread pudding...and it frankly doesn't mix well. that's my lesson for today!

but italian is good for dinner.

i saw farenheit 9/11 this evening. there were some parts i really liked but then some parts that sort of got lengthy and i zoned out a little bit. fear in the media has seemed to be a prevailing michael moore theme.

i've found that straight espresso is a fantastic thing!
