and i finally had a day off!!!
actually, i was THIS close to not having today off because julie called me at eight this morning to see if i could cover her shift today. luckily i gathered my courage and said "NO, LEAVE ME ALONE." actually, i'm too nice to phrase it quite like that but i declined, all in all. i never did go back to sleep after that though because i was laying there with so much damned guilt on my conscience for not covering her shift.
if the bluebird continues to coral the under 21-year-olds upstairs, i'm boycotting them. or attempting to anyways. or remaining oblivious of who will be playing there this summer so i won't know what i'm missing so i can have a successful boycott.
i hate buying shoes almost as much as i hate buying pants.
