I had the best conversation about the band Bleeding Through today, with some stupid random female...
[Scene: at Dennys, with a girl and her hardcore friends looking at my bleeding through shirt; me, with my buddies]
[girl] : omg, bleeding through is so gay. how can you play hardcore music and dress like vampires
[me] : .raises eyebrow. huh?
[girl] : yeah, i dont get it. i mean, why dress like that if you arent going to play industrial?
[me] : .dumb look on face. vampires?
[girl] : yea.
[me] : what the hell are you talking about?
[girl] : I saw their site once, and they had pictures, and they were all dressed in black and had makeup on and the drummer was all vampire'd out
[me] : the site? :::breaks out into hysterical laughter:::
[girl] : what.the.fuck. why are you laughing
[me] : you are such a douche.
[girl] : whaaaaat
[me] : you should read some of the captions under the pictures... that picture was from a halloween show where the lead singer dressed like a misfit and the others dressed up too. maybe if you had a minute chance of being remotely intelligent, you might have noticed the things called WORDS under that pretty little picture. next time you check out your Hanson site, make sure you ask them to send you some hooked on phonics. then maybe you might get somewhere and you wont make yourself out to be an ass. :::eats french fry::
