Just a gloomy day here in NC. Not doing much. Just the regular old routine. Day off. Working out(Chest and Tris and hopefully cardio).

One thing I did need to get off my chest. It has to do with the fact that people seem to have lost or forgotten the basics of human decency. Whether it means being loyal to someone who has been good to you or giving someone a break when they are haing a down day or any other situation that could come up. I t seems to me that this is what is really the problem with our world today. Everyone is more worried about money, power or fame. They would rather get someTHING! instead of help someONE! It is quite disheartening. Just had to say that.

On a lighter note. Who's ready for that Super Bowl? I have to say that I am pulling for the Cardinals. The Steelers are a tough team to beat. But how greta would it be for the Cardinals to be Super Bowl Champs. I never thought I would see it.
