HEY THERE ALL! TALK ABOUT LONG TIME NO SPEAK!
I just got over everything (not just this site) but life in general....BUT IM HERE NOW not that anyone here really ever cares whos here or not!
sooo... Im still working in the pet store, which is going great! I took some time, straightened out my life and prioties and now im enjoying it more then i ever have! Im no longer known as the BITCH WITH BLONDE HAIR behind the counter. Im a much happier go with the flow person these days. I have taken on more of a leadership role with work partner in crime Cath, We are now in charge of everything to do with the counter and i also have her to help me out now with my inventory work. We are the supervisors of all the junior staff, which is hard work cause i don't like bullying them into doing my dirty work or yelling at them. I prefer to be the "cool" one that they can come to about anything and also be pranksters with me. So really i don't like using my authority to get them to do things.
We also have staff meetings every 3 months .. the first one we had i had complaints coming out my ears and on a scale of 1-5 i had 1 for customer service! Now i have topped everyone in the store and i am getting 4's! So everything is yay at work.
I yet again hand raised some baby birds that will be for sale next week. I started to leave them at work this week and its soooo heart breaking! I miss my babies! But its all part of the deal, i raise them, i sell them, i get paid. Life goes on.
Soo... it was my birthday last friday. Celebrations started thursday with a huge cake and sing along at work, then my boss let me go home 3 hours early, then Shan cooked me a lovely dinner with was my favourite, CURRY! so we boozed and floozed then a pyschic came and gave us all a reading... that was interesting.
Friday i ventured to the city with mum for lunch and did alot of shopping. Then friday night we all meet at our friends place and headed to the casino! Well my luck was shit, Sare won 70 bucks and i wasn't getting anything! untill..... i sat next to Rob! then bammm $500 bucks just like that! I forgot it was a 2 cent machine and went weeeeeeeeee $250 yayayayay then it kept going up and up and up! I was so excited! everyone was looking at me like "you crazy bitch" Lol We were all to drunk to be bothered going home so stayed at robs, the girls got into the absinth but i thought it would be wise i didn't haha .
We woke up the next morning and i had this great idea!!!!!! considering i didnt have a hair brush on me i was going to go get my hair done! but instead of just a wash and blowdry..... i got it chopped off!!!!!! Never in my life have i had my hair this short but you know what? i LOVE it. Now i wonder what took me so long to do it.
I also bought myself a beautiful bag from Guess which cost me $220 and some Versace and Gucci perfume! Any way my birthday celebrations were amazing and wouldnt have asked for anything more! so here are some happy snaps!
