Had a pretty good week and start of the weekend. Found out my grades at school are really good, finished painting my first guitar, met a DJ that wants me to build him a guitar with a built in crossfader.
Was doing pretty well until I talked to my dad on the phone and found out he got in a really bad accident this week and lost his right leg from the knee down.
He seems to be taking it really well and as soon as I get home for my sister's graduation I will go visit him.

I know what you mean about worrying about your parents. Since I've been gone my grandma that I was really close to died, my other grandma got cancer, a bunch of other small stuff with my mom and sister and now my dad losing his leg. I feel like crap that I am not around to support my family when all this sucky stuff is going down. Not much I can do about it now and it seems like everyone is holding up so why worry.
