Over the recent years I usually go camping over this weekend which is a public holiday here. It's about 2.5 hours drive from where I live. It's an awesome spot nestled down the bottom of a valley. There's some great views on the way!
We drove up towards our biggest and notable mountain to a cool little spot off the road, a beautiful rock pool, the water is extremely cold but crystal clear and so refreshing
This photo of the mountain doesn't do it justice, it's a lot bigger than the camera phone makes it out to be. Some parts when you're driving it fills up most of your windscreen like a screen saver. It is the middle of summer here but it still has snow on it.

@phianixx The photos don't do it justice either! Only bad thing about the long weekend was really bad sun burn on the tops of my feet and they've low key swollen up

omg that happened to my twin sister years ago and she couldn't wear shoes for a week! I hope you're ok and can put something to heal them faster?!
