Saw an ad the other day that involved a cheesecake being made. Haven't had one for ages and decided to give making one a go because I'm confident enough baking/cooking. So prepared it all and put it in the oven. After about 15 minutes I noticed a burning smell I went too check it. The bottom of the oven had a puddle of thick black crap smoking away profusely. So I pulled it out aired it out and chucked it back in covered in tin foil so it wouldn't infuse the cheesecake. But then it seemed to refuse to cook. After having pulled it out a bunch of times too check it already, the last final disastrous time I was a little frustrated from something else and the weight of the mixture not set and the tin foil loosely sitting on top combined too spill out all over the oven door. So mad, and a bit crushed 😧. Was looking forward too it
