I rode around in one of our medevac helicopters for about 3 hours tonight, all with night vision goggles on. I have the headache of Phineas Gauge, though I promise I'll be better-behaved.

p.s. My skull-splitting NVGs mount on my way cool flight helmet, now I just have to make a drug deal to get the Velcro counterweight that hangs on the back of the thing. Funny, all the E-5 Crew Chiefs have them....
