Lately on these cold desert nights I've been enjoying hot cocoa with a glug (or 2) of Bailey's before bedtime. That's like what, 1500 calories in a mug?

Does anyone have an idea of why my Compaq 1700t/Windows 98) will periodically lockup, requiring a restart to unlock? I've tried shoving some crushed Motrin into the USB port; that's about my understanding of computers. confused

Bah, I am feelig so un-creative right now. I really wish I could write something snappy and witty here, but instead I will say that no, while direct mention of the device did not directly result in Smootchies Bootchies, the playing of Radio Havana on said device was priceless in it's role in helping to procur said Smootchies Bootchies.

The good doctor has asked me to inform his loyal fans that he will be m.i.a. on SG indefinitely. His laptop has become a rather expensive paperweight.
Despite my best attempts he has not yet caved in and gotten a new *MAC* laptop. Perhaps if we all try....
Until he attains some sort of new personal computer he will still be available on AIM fairly often as welll as at his email address
