Okay, a *certain* cranky scientista was unhappy with my journal page experiment. Some people collect turtles, some collect entries. It all depends on how you want your house to smell! 
Realizing I'm the grumpy old man around here, do any of you ever think about who and where you'll be at the age of 40? Or 42? I'm thinking about myself at age 21, running around at art school with bleached hair and a brainful of chemicals, all contentious. The only concrete goal I recall having was to never take a job that required me to wear a tie. Somehow, I thought I'd be more settled by now. Certainly married, maybe a family. I couldn't be farther from that vision than I am right now.
No tie, in any case.
So what do you expect by age 40? Maybe this is more of a boards question, but I'm only interested in the thoughts of my friends here.
