Dear FexEx,
You delivered my package in a timely manner, only I have no idea to whom you
delivered it to.
The fact that the person who signed for it was named "FLEE" should be a warning
sign to your drivers, especially considering that the package was addressed to
"Nate Trip." How the hell there was confusion about the name is something
I'd like explained.
Then there's the address. According to tracking info on your web page you
"delivered to address other than recipient." Gee thanks. That really narrows
it down. I guess when looking for my package that you delivered to someone
else, I should start with all addresses other than my own. Hmm. There's 7
billion people on the planet and so far I can eliminate myself as the person it
was delivered to. Should I start combing the city for "FLEE," or do you think
maybe "FLEE" isn't a real goddamn name?
You morons better get your heads out of your asses and cough up a real name and an
address quick. I'm sure as hell not paying for something your halfwit driver
gave to "FLEE."
Congrats on ensuring I'll always use UPS for my future shipping needs.
I sent that and got a reply that read, in part:

We had a package that was delivered to a wrong address. The guy who it was delivered to, called FED EX and scheduled a pickup. The Driver went back out there and scanned it in, then delivered it a totally different address, scanned it out, LEFT ON PORCH. And walked away. I filed the claim, submitted all the documents, called the manager of the terminal the driver was out of, lodged a complaint with him, he vouched for me and said the guy was new, blah blah blah... and they still denied my claim.
Good luck.
Great comments on the Lit Club board by the way.
