And so... like, so, like, so I'm so fucking hooked on these Kasugai gummy candies that it's fucking me up. Personally, I've always favored the Japanese bottlecap candy - a kind of round giant Pez in a plastic tube - but then I had some drinks with this chick and we got really drunk and related sugar stories and she won me over with her tales of Muscat-flavored Kasugai Gummy. What's muscat? Hell if I know. I think it's a grape.

So then, today, I tried it. I was tumbling home this morning from a crazy night, and I was starving. I go into this bodega, grab the first artificially grape-flavored candy I find, and I experience the Kasugai. And it's like crack.

From personal experience, I'm pretty damn sure they lace most Japenese candy with crack.
