My interview went really well yesterday, and I didn't have to give the presentation! No one said anything about it, and I wasn't about to bring it up. They're supposed to let me know by the end next week if I have the job or not. And considering the pay, I want the fucking job. $15,000 a year more than what I'm making right now.

So I was all happy after my interview, got home, changed out of nasty interview clothes, too the T to Copley where there's a farmer's market, bought some yummies, walked around, then got a call from my mom. She had our dog put to sleep yesterday. He was old, and not doing so well. Still really, really depressing. I wandered around for a while, not wanting to go home, not having anything to do, the only friend I have in Boston having gone to Connecticut for the weekend. Finally wound up at the Loews theatre next to that really big park (don't know what it's called, should since it's frikkin huge and I live here now...). Saw Unleashed, which I liked, if only becuase Jet Li is very hot, especially when beating the shit out of people.

No plans for the weekend, except I need to do laundry. Probably wander around the city. Haven't really had a chance to do that yet, and it's supposed to be really nice today and tomorrow.
