It's warm! It got up to about 50 today. Heat wave! Hopefully it'll stay like this. Of course, I'm sick, so I can't fully enjoy it, and by the time I'm feeling better we'll probably have blizzard and it'll be back to the negatives.

To party or not to party? That is the question. Let's see: got drunk on Friday, and have a cold. Drinking twice in one week is unusual for me, and having a cold doesn't help things. Plus, I'm having lunch with my mom again tomorrow, so want to be my normal chipper self (guffaw). Not that I get hangovers. Never have. Hurrah.

Ooh, ooh! I bought a TREE! It's awesome. A ficus, about four feet tall, with a braided trunk. My friends think I'm insane for buying ANOTHER plant. But this hobby isn't expensive, and it isn't detrimental to my health (actually, it probably makes the air in my room a little more breathable). If only I had a little more space.... Maybe once I move out of the dorms, and get a real apartment (not just one for the summer) I'll get more plants. My mom will be happy when I get all of the other ones out of her house. Though I do think she's becoming attached to some of them.

Lacking large quantities of money, I buy my plants from Home Depot. Pretty cheap. I'm a little worried about my tree, tho. It's loosing lots of leaves. Maybe just shock from being moved around a lot. I hope.
