Hello B's&G's....
My laptop lies in pieces, barely working. I am such an idiot to think that I could do this. I'm mad at myself and mad at HP for telling me that the cable for the bluetooth module was located on the system board. It wasn't, and on the way to that information I trashed the touchpad cable and it's zif connector (had to buy a mouse), the display switch module cable connector and lost a screw. The online techs (outsourced) did not understand what I needed help with so I called HP US. They told me they did not sell the cable directly to end users. WTF! Why the fuck would you sell the board without the cable? So, I have to go looking for it on the internet......I can't believe I just trashed my beloved notebook for nothing.
